      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Weigh cheese into the into and grate 10 seconds/Speed 10
    2. Transfer cheese into a separate bowl and set aside. Rinse and Dry mixing bowl.
    3. Weigh Macaroni pasta and water into mixing bowl. Cook for 13 minutes/100C/Speed 1
    4. Add milk, grated cheese, Cornflour and egg into the
    5. Cook for a further 3 minutes/90C/Speed 2
    6. Serve while still hot.

Tip

* Following step 5 you may like to transfer pasta into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese before baking for 10-15 minutes in the oven on 180C to create a crunch cheese top.

*You may also like to chop up some ham or bacon following step 1 to add in step 5 and cook through the pasta.
