      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Followed the recipe but risotto turned out very sloppy even with doubling the cooking time in step 7 and leaving the risotto to sit for 10 mins. Had good flavour but too runny for my liking.

Perfectly cooked and full of flavour! I made a few amendments - replaced can tomatoes with fresh roma tomatoes, used dried basil and doubled the cooking time in step 6 as the rice was undercooked. After serving, If you're a cheese lover like me sprinkle some mozzarella over the top whilst still hot/warm and stir through. Absolutely delicious!
