For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
Add sugar syrup, ice, pitted plums, white rum, gin, lime juice and cinnamon into the mixing bowl. Blend 1 minute on Speed 9 (with the aid of spatula if required)

Tip
You can omit Sugar Syrup if you prefer your Daiquiri less sweet.
You can make your own Sugar Syrup as follows - 100gms milled raw sugar-100gms water. Cook 6minutes/100degrees/speed3 Cool.
