Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Mill sugar, 20 seconds, Speed 4.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix 1 minute, speed 3. Be careful as bowl is very full.
Heat to 40 degrees. About 1 minute, speed 2-3 until temp is reached.
Use FERMENT mode 40 degrees 8 hours.

Tip
Fermentation can be for longer for a more tart yoghurt. Longer fermentation is great for gut health.
For Greek yoghurt, leave out vanilla and
sugar.
Recipe can be halved.
