Beetroot dip

  • 225 grams Tinned beetroot, Drained
  • 1 Small Cucumber, Peeled
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • Crackers/celery/carrots, To serve

Recipe's preparation

    Beetroot dip

  1. Place the beetroot, cucumber and cream cheese into Closed lid and mix on speed 5 for 40-60 seconds until well combined.

  2. Serve with crackers or carrot/celery sticks.

  • I'm new to thermo so this is

    I'm new to thermo so this is one of my first new recipes. It tastes good: but it's very runny, so I have out it in the fridge to see if it firms up a bit. It was (obviously) very easy and I will use it again! Thankyou! 

    (The feta idea sounds good to jedhto)
