  • 40 grams chia seeds
  • 1 --- lemon zest
  • 10 grams lemon juice
  • 60 grams monk fruit, Can use sugar or maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Blend"Blend" Weigh into mixing Bowl - 400 - 500grams of frozen berries.

    Chop for 7sec/Speed 7
  2. Blend"Blend" Add 40grams of chia seeds, zest of 1 lemon, 10grams of lemon juice, and 60grams of monk fruit "brown" sugar or maple syrup.

    Mix for 10sec/Speed 3
  3. Scrape down sides, making sure all chia is no on the sides of the mixng bowl.
  4. Cook for 12min/90 degrees/speed 0.5 without mixing cup.
  5. Trasnfer to sterile jar or container and allow to cool off before storing in fridge.

Tip

Will last for 2 weeks in fridge if stored correctly.
