- 500 g balsamic vinegar
- 50 g raw sugar
1/ Set scales and weigh sugar and vinegar into TM bowl.
2/ Cook for 25 mins / Varoma temp / speed 3 with MC removed.
A sweet/tart finishing sauce ideal for drizzling over salad or serving with bread and olive oil. Also a great flavor match with dessert dishes featuring berries. So easy in the Thermomix – no stirring needed and you leave it unattended knowing it won’t burn or stick.
