Coriander chutney

  • 1 bunch of coriander - washed and roots removed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 2 spring onions - white and pale geen only
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 long red chili seeds removed

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in to the bowl and chop 5 seconds speed 8
    scrape down the bowl and turbo 3-4 times (use a spatula to scrape down the bowl through the lid hole )
