      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

    One Step Preparation
  1. Weigh in tamarind paste, peanuts, palm sugar, birds eye chillies in mixing bowl. Closed lid

    Blend Blend8 sec speed 6. Sauce should thicken.

    Serve as a dip with vegetable sticks, boiled eggs, fried tofu. Or use as a dressing on top of a salad.


    TIP - If sauce is not thick, add more peanuts and blend 3 seconds longer
