If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic in TM bowl and chop 4 seconds/speed 5.
- Add butter and oil and saute 3 minutes/varoma/speed 1
- Rip Ruby chard from stems and roughly chop. Finely slice the stems. Place stems in TM bowl and saute 2 minutes/ varoma/speed 1
- Add ruby chard leaves and saute 3 minutes/ varoma/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2. Use spatula to help mix.
- Add cream grated parmesan and seasoning. Mix 20 seconds/ varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2.
- Place in serving bowl. Top with extra cracked pepper and grated parmesan.
