Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients of the bechamel sauce into TM bowl.
Cook for 5min at 90•C on speed 4.
Add the spinach ( thawed or not) and cook 4 min at 100•C speed 2 ( 8 min or a little more if using frozen spinach).

Tip
You could use fresh baby spinach instead of frozen. Cook the bechamel at 80•C before adding the spinach and cook it again for 3 min at 100•C speed 4.

I used a fresh bunch of
I used a fresh bunch of spinach, chopped and cooked for 2 mins longer.
I also didn't have enough milk, so used 150ml milk and the remainder cream.
Sensational!!!!
