Leftover roast fritters
- 400 g Leftover roast meat and veggies, Any leftover vegies, potatoe, pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and so forth
- 2 eggs
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp Veg Stock Paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 100 g water

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1) put all meat roughly chopped and veggies into "Closed lid" and chop speed 6 for 4 seconds.
2) scrap down and all all remaining ingredients "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 for 10 seconds or until combined.
3) place heaped spoonfuls into medium to high frypan with little oil and cook 1 1/2 minutes each side until batter doesn't squeeze out and cooked.
4) serve with BBQ sauce or on own

Great recipe! We served them with caramelised balsamic (made in the thermi!) and used up half our leftovers from the Christmas roast!......another batch tomorrow methinks
