If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grate Zucchini Speed 4 at 4 Seconds.
Add to Simmering Basket and salt for 15minutes to allow excess water to drain off. (Dont skip this step!)
Preheat oil in a baking tray, 0.5cm deep, heat at 180 deg in oven.
Clean and dry Thermomix bowl
Grate parmasan Spped 6 for 20 Seconds
Add remaining ingredients including Zucchini and use "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 4 for 5 Seconds.
Carefully spoon drops of the mixture into hot oil. (Desertspoon)
Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown.
