For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- cook beetroot cool and slice put aside
Place in bowl all other ingredients, into bowl and cook
time 5min heat 105% speed "Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" then turn time a further 5mins heat 75% speed "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
strain
place sliced beetroot in sterilized jars and pour syrup over until full and place lid on
