- 220 g water
- 1 level teaspoons brown sugar
- 400 g bakers flour
- 30 g oil
- 2.5 level teaspoons salt
- 750 g Mince Meat
- 3 --- onions quartered
- 1 level tablespoons salt
- 1.5 level tbsp Lebanese 7 spice
- Slivered almonds toasted, To your liking as many or less as you like

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Follow my meat and mince recipe and set aside until completely cooled
2. add water and sugar to bowl, 2mins 37 degrees speed 2
3. Add flour oil and 2.5tsp salt - knead 2mins
transfer the dough and cover for 5-10mins
4. cut into circles to size you like and roll out thin
5. Add a tablespoon of mixture and pinch closed
6. fry until golden
