If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 deg
Prepare 2 trays lined with baking paper
Add salt to mixer bowl, mill 10 sec / sp 10
Add the seeds and turbo 1 sec 3-4 times
Add water and mix 20 sec / speed 2 (or until all combined)
Divide mixture into 2, use another sheet of baking paper and a rolling pin to roll out to desired thickness.
Bake in oven for 20 mins. Remove trays and slice into desired size.
Return to oven and bake until crackers are golden and crispy
Serve with your favourite dip (Herb and Garlic from BCB in pic)

Tip
For additional flavour add fresh herbs or chilli flakes with salt in the first step (2 rosemary sprigs is a favourite)
This does produce a salty cracker, if you don't like a lot of salt, simply reduce to 5g

Loved this recipe, although I used license with the types of seeds. It is a very wet mix which made rolling impossible, I ended up sprinkling some dried crumbs and pressed into shape. I would recommend reducing salt if you don't want a salty cracker,

Had run out of Chia so added LSA and also ground garlic and was perfect

I didn't have enough of each of the seeds so just ensured I had same grams of seeds but this batch had more chia and pumpkin seeds. Will be my go to cracker recipe from now in and totally LCHF compliant
