Chicken Spinach Feta Triangles
- olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 60 grams Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 medium brown onion
- 150 grams Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 50 grams cream cheese
- Rind from one small lime, Finely Grated
- 1 package Fillo pastry
- 120 grams melted butter

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven 180' - line 2 oven trays with baking paper and oil
Chop onion and garlic - 3 seconds / speed 5 - scrap down sides add two teaspoons of oil and cook 2 mins / varoma / speed 1 - Add spinach and cook for a further 3 mins / varoma / speed 1
Blend 3 secs / speed 5 - Add feta, cream cheese, chicken and lime rind. Season with salt and pepper - Mix 10 secs / speed 3
- Place 1 sheet filo on work surface. Brush with butter. Top with 2nd filo sheet - brush with butter. Repeat with a 3rd sheet filo. Cut into 6 squares. Cover remaining filo with a damp tea towel to prevent it drying out.
- Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture in 1 corner of pastry. Fold over to form a triangle - trim edge if necessary.
Repeat with remaining filo & mixture.
Brush with remaining butter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve.
