  • 500 grams courgette, cut in rounds
  • 150 grams semi skimmed milk
  • 100 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 20 grams flour
  • 3 piece eggs
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Wash the courgettes and cut into rounds, place in Closed lid
  2. Add the milk, butter,salt, pepper and cook for 15min, 100 degrees speed1Counter-clockwise operation
  3. Check the consistency and if too runny, cook for a further 2 mins.
  4. Add to theClosed lid the eggs, parmesan, flour and mix for1min. speed2Counter-clockwise operation
  5. Pour the contents into a well buttered oven dish 20x20cm and sprinkle top with more grated parmesan.
  6. Cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 mins.
    Remove from dish and let cool slightly before serving
