      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh water into bowl and place simmering basket into postion

    Place 4 eggs into basket

Cook 14 minutes Varoma, speed 1

Use Spatula to remove the basket and place eggs into cold water

When eggs are cool enough to handle, remove shell and slice in half

Gently scoop out yolks from whites and place yolks into bowl

Add rest of the ingredients list to bowl and mix 10 seconds, speed 4

Spoon or pipe mixture back into whites and decorate to your liking

Cover and cool ready to serve - Enjoy

thanks for the easy receipe.  Im still pretty new with my thermomix and because I wanted to double the receipe I chose to boil the eggs the old fashion way as i didnt want to risk undercooked eggs in the thermomix.  I doubled the rest of the receipe and they are yum... thank you
