- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, use any cheese (tasty, bega)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup almond flour, (200 gms almonds)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 level tsp baking powder

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat Oven to 200. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If you are making the Almond Flour from scratch. Add the almonds in the mixing bowl and mill 9 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and pour ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- If the cheese is in block form, you will need to weigh 60gms (1/4 cup) and grate 8 sec/speed 7. Repeat for all cheese. Transfer into the bowl with the almond flour.
- You can either stir in the mixing bowl set aside or place all ingredients in the thermie bowl.
- Add Egg and Baking Powder to dry ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients, and set the TM6 mixing setting for one minute. Let the thermie do the work.
- Divide the dough into equal portions (use a tablespoon for size) and roll out into balls.
- Arrange the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Enjoy
