The best blinis ever - so much better than bought ones. Great texture and flavour. Very easy to make. I did use more milk and less sour cream than the recipe stated.

Mine were great. Perfect rising. Maybe your SR flour is stale or got mixed up with plain flour?

  • I couldn't get my pikelets to

    Submitted by kezzy11 on 21. January 2013 - 20:44.

I couldn't get my pikelets to rise, they were very flat and doughy. Loved the idea but had to throw out 4 batches until I gave up. Followed the recipe exactly, don't know what went wrong tmrc_emoticons.-(

    Submitted by Cobie on 22. February 2011 - 13:46.

Little pancakes easy to prepare ahead of time with only 10 minutes of final touches.

I will make pancakes again and see how they freeze as they would be great to have on hand.

These were very popular with my family and friends.
