Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Dice Carrot, Cabbage, Spring Onions. Add to bowl and chop Speed 5 for 5 seconds. Scrape down side of bowl.  Add Mince, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Pepper. Chop speed 5 for 10 seconds. Check texture, it should be a fine mince, if not, mix again for another 5 seconds. Lay Dim Sim wrappers onto a clean surface and place a heaped teaspoon of mix into the centre of the wrapper.  Dampen the edges with water and gather up all 4 sides to the top of the mixture and press firmly around the sides. Place 1-2 litres of hot water into the Thermomix bowl and heat Varoma temperature for 10 minutes. Grease the Varoma tray and add the Dim Sims making sure they don't touch. Stream Varoma temperature for 8-10 minutes until wrappers are cooked.

I'm sorry but these are terrible. They are lacking in flavour and I cooked them for 3x as long as recommended and they're still undercooked. I don't recommend this recipe.
