      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your 1. put all ingredients into thermomix

    2. mix at speed 3 for 30 seconds

    3. butter or spray baking tray with oil 

    4. place mixture on tray in the size of a golf ball

    5. push down raw cookies with a fork or your hand

    6. cook for 5-6 minutes on 185 degrees celcius 

    7. leave to cool for 10 minutes

Tip

if you are using chocolate protein powder the cookies should be a brown colour instead of yellow

    Flavour is acceptable, good nutrition especially for low carb dieters however not a “cookie” consistency and is very dry.

    Not too bad but the stevia I used gave am after taste. If I was to make it next time I would make them smaller and squish right down to m are them crunchy
