SAVOURY LOAF
SWEET LOAF
Prepare Bread Tin with grease proof paper and preheat oven to 160c
Place Almonds, arrowroot, salt & bicarb into the TM bowl, mill on speed 8, 6 seconds. set aside
Grate cheese 8 seconds, speed 8, add to almonds.
Place parsley, spinach, zuchinni, diced ham into TM bowl chop on speed 5, 5 seconds, Add eggs and vinegar and mix on reversespeed 4, 10 seconds, Add dry ingredients and combine, speed 4, 10 seconds or until mixed, Pour into prepared Bread Tin and Bake in oven for 50 mins, until golden and knife comes out clean.
Let cool in tin and turn out onto wire rack, serve with butter
Follow step 1, & 2, for the savoury loaf.
Place dates into TM bowl and chop, speed 5, 5 seconds, add to dry ingredients, also add cranberries and spices to dry ingredients.
Place apple into TM bowl chop speed 5, 4 seconds, Add eggs & vinegar & mix on speed 4, 5 seconds. Add dry ingredients and combine, speed 4, 10 seconds or until mixed, pour into prepared tin, sprinkle with seeds and bake in oven for 50 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
Let cool & Serve with butter
The Sweet Loaf is a great alternative to hot cross buns for GF.
The savoury loaf will make great French toast.

This looks real Healthy. Would love to try it soon. I was just reading the ingrediants and method and noticed it says add eggs and vinegar. I didnt see vinegar in the ingrediants. Can you please let me know how much vinegar is to be added
