  • 125 g Butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g Self Raising Flour
  • 40 g Coconut
  • 4 egg whites
  • 100 g Fresh strawberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt butter for 1 minute at 80 deg on speed 2.

  2. Add almonds, sugar, flour, coconut, egg whites and strawberries and mix for 30 seconds on Dough mode

  3. Put into a 12 portion muffin tray with patty pans and top with flaked almonds.  Bake for 15 minutes at 180deg.  Serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar or a dollop of cream
