Recipe's preparation
Place sugar & vanilla bean into the TM Bowl & mill for 20 secs speed 10.
Add all remaining ingredients into the TM bowl. Cook for 7 mins 90 degrees speed 4.
Serve while still warm.

Tip
If you like your custard sweeter add more sugar.
Instead of making the vanilla sugar you can just use normal sugar, wait till the custard reached 60 degrees & carefully add dark chocolate to taste about 50-100g

Mine was very thin so I had
Mine was very thin so I had to increase the temperature and put extra cornflour in it. I did use Natvia instead of sugar but wouldn't have thought it would make that much of a difference

Love this recipe. So simple and delicious! Just wanted to ask though a question regarding the vanilla bean. Do you put it in whole (as in the whole 1/4) or do you just put vanilla scrapings in? I did the latter.
