- 150 g yoghurt
- 2 pieces fruit of your choice, chunky cut

Recipe's preparation
Put all the dry ingredients in the TM bowl and blend - sp10 until powdered
Add the fruit and blend - sp7 until pureed
Add remaining ingredients and blend - sp10 until the desired consistency is obtained

Tip
Use any fruit you like for this shake, I usually use a banana and pear or apple.
In summer, I freeze my banana in portions (peeled) and use it frozen, gives a nice thickshake consistency.
If you decide to add the coconut and/or chia seeds, just use a tablespoon or so of them
