  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • camerbert cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 zucchini, julienne
  • 1 carrot, julienne
  • 1 Capsicum, julienne
  • potatoes

Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 210 grams cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Main
  1. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Fill each pocket with a slice of camerbert cheese and avocado and seal with toothpicks. Place chicken in Varoma tray. Pour 600g of water into the bowl and place Varoma on top. Cook for 15 minutes on Varoma temperature, speed 1. At conclusion of cooking, place vegetables in Varoma tray and position on Varoma dish.  Cook for another 15 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1. 

    Arrange sliced chicken and vegetables on plate. Serve with sauce.

  3. Chop garlic for 4 seconds on speed 7. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes on 100 degrees, speed 3 until thickened.
