  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 70 gram fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 150 gram Feta cubed 3 centimetres
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 1 pinches pepper
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 6rashes --- Rashes middle bacon eye intact

Recipe's preparation

    Assembly of chicken and bacon rolls
  1. Slice each chicken breast into three even fillets
  2. Beat each side with a mallet to tenderise.
  3. Lay out bacon rasher put prepared chicken fillet on top of the eye of the bacon.
  4. Cover the chicken fully with additional spinach leaves.
  5. using spatula add filling evenly over the spinach layer.
  6. roll from the eye end until bacon is evenly wrapped around the chicken.
  7. Add toothpicks to secure bacon and chicken together.
  8. Add all prepared rolls to a tray or into the air fryer.
    cook on 180 degrees for 25 min or until chicken is cooked fully.
  9. add spinach to bowl
  10. add feta and salt and pepper to bowl
  11. combine ingredients 4 seconds speed 6
    repeat 2 second speed 6 if all ingredients arent combined

Tip

You can use a tomato sauce bottle as a substitute for a mallet.

remove tooth picks before serving.

I like to serve with rice and steamed vegetables
