Russian beetroot salad

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cut potatoes, carrots and beetroot in small cubes and place in Varoma dish. I usually place potatoes at the bottom and carrots and beetroot on top of the Varoma dish.
    Cook 25-30 min Varoma speed 4.
    Place cooked vegetables in the fridge to cool.
    Cut spring onions (alternatively can use brown onion) and add them to your vegetables.
    Cut gherkins( choose the ones that don't contain too much vinegar - Polski ogorki or dill cucumbers) into small pieces and add to your vegetables.
    Chop tomato in small cubes and add to the mix.
    Add oil and mix all the ingredients together.
    Add salt to taste.
