Sauce:
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 15g Evoo
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs mixed dried herbs
- 4 tbs tomato paste
- 180g beef stock
- 1 tsp Crushed chilli
- 500 gr minced veal, or beef

Recipe's preparation
1. Place onion and garlic in TM and chop 30 sec/speed 7. Scrape down bowl.
2. Add carrot, chop 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down bowl.
3. Add oil and cook 100ºC 3 min/speed 3.
4. Add zucchini, chop 10 sec/speed 5. Scrape down bowl.
5. Insert butterfly (optional). Add all remaining ingredients, and cook 20 min/speed 1"Counter-clockwise operation" .
6. Serve on top of your favourite pasta, sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley.

Tip
The amount of chilli is to taste. I usually use at least 2 tsp, but I like it quite hot.
To take away the bitterness of chilli, add tsp of brown sugar.
