For a Lactose Free Version - Use Rice Milk or Soy Milk

Coconut Sugar is great in this recipe and has a really low GI. Rapadura or other sugars can easily be used instead.

Great for toddler with soy, milk and wheat allergy.

We make this recipe most days and often halve the recipe with great success. We use rice milk and add the cinnamon with the milk and egg. Delicious!

    Very nice!

Looks a bit like gruel without any garnish, lol.

Little bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just a preference thing.

    Will definitely make again.

Big Smilereally nice, made this with coconut milk/cream and milk. Also sprinkled top with crushed almond/chocolate/orange peel. Really nice - keeping left over for kids lunch.
