  • 400 grams Cooked Carrots, Peeled & Diced
  • 125 grams Philadelphia cream cheese, Spreadable
  • 60 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place parmesan cheese and garlic into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 9.

     

  2. Add carrots and blend 20 sec/speed 5.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend 15 sec/speed 5 or until desired consistency reached.

  4. Serve with crackers, crudites or oven baked pita bread.

    Great easy and healthy dip. I also added some lemon juice for some added zing.
