Recipe's preparation
"Closed lid" , add ginger through lid with blades spinning speed 6 so finely chopped
Add onion and chop 4 sec/sp 5
Add all remaining ingredients and cook 50min/100degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" until fruit tender and thick, glossy chutney

I used an apple slinky to core and peel apples and pears the easy to dice
If you need to reduce, replace MC for simmer basket, if looks too dry, add a splash of water
Mellow flavour develops when rested in thermoserver, fruit to be tender and hold shape, glossy and thick chutney
Serve with meats, on bread, or with cheese
Best served at room temperature
