If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
1. Add milk, flour and butter to TM bowl
2. Cook for 7 minutes at 90o, speed 4
3. For the last minute of cooking time (and while it is still cooking), add the cheese through top of lid
4. Increase speed to 7 for 10 seconds, and then drop the speed down to 3 until timer finishes
5. It is ready to enjoy. This sauce is perfect with vegetables or even as a macaroni sauce.
