Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl.

    Add the lid and blitz Speed 7 for 30-60 seconds. 

    Pour into a Mason drinking jar and serve 

Tip

Cocoa can be used in place of raw cacao if necessary 

Frozen banana can be used if desired

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.     So delicious! My 3 year old daughter loved it and I secretly loved left over bit with super chocolate date bits At the bottom!

    I vary this recipe with adding milo also.love the thickness and flavours. i make this for me without banana but my daughter loves it with the banana in.
