      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pear Puree 4+ months
  1. Put the pear into the bowl.

    Place MC into lid and put lid on. Closed lid

  2. Turn to speed 5 for 5 seconds. 

  3. Cook at 100° C for 7 minutes on speed Gentle stir setting

  4. Add cooled boiled water. When pear temperature is under 60 degrees, use turbo for 1 second until desired consistency is reached. 

  5. Allow to cool before serving.
