If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic clove into bowl, 5 seconds, speed 5
- Add roughly chopped capsicum, beans, brocolli, cauliflower and carrot to bowl. 15 seconds, speed 6 or desired consistency.
- Add lamb mince, egg, breadcrumbs and herbs 35 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3
- scrape from "Closed lid" and roll into portion size rissoles patties, place onto baking tray.
- Place in oven for 25-30 min.
Optional. Sprinkle cheese (tasty or mozzarella) over top of rissole patties with about 10 minutes remaining of cooking time.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Great thanks I ended up using half oats half...
Great thanks. I ended up using half oats, half breadcrumbs instead of all breadcrumbs. Didn't have carrot so substituted sweet potato - worked well.
