Fab recipe - but I am lazy -
Fab recipe - but I am lazy - rolled my dough into 2 logs.Wrapped each in gladwrap. Put in fridge for an hour. Cut 20 cent coin sized slices and laid onto baking paper to cook. Too easy!

Perfect for school lunches! I used wholemeal flour and mixture of fetta and tasty cheese, and added 1 Tbsp sesame seeds. Really yummy and will be a regular in our house

Fantastic, I have made these several times, recently tried these with feta cheese as well, will adjust the mixing speed and time when I make next as the dough was runny and sticky, but when baked they tasted great too.

Turned my back to get another batch out of the oven turned back around to find half the batch on the bench gone, Mr 4 was a happy lil chappy and told me i could cook more LOL

i had half the batch brown too much after 15 mins at 180 deg fan forced. The next batch I did for 12 mins and they were great. I will definitely make again with various cheeses. I just need to watch them closely

Nice flavour and got
Nice flavour and got compliments. Even though I rolled it out super thin the crackers rose quite a bit. I thought they'd be crisper but they were a little soft and flaky. Any suggestions on what I did wrong? I followed the recipe exactly.
