  • 120 grams Cheese of choice grated
  • 70 grams Butter
  • 140 grams flour
  • 30 grams Milk
  • pinch salt
  • 6

Recipe's preparation

    Cracker Dough
  1. Put all ingredients into Closed lid. Mix on 5 for 15secs to combine.

     

  2. Knead for 2mins.Wrap into a ball then into glad wrap and put into the fridge for at least an hour. Then onto your Thermomat or floured bench. Roll as thin as you can. (The thinner the crunchier your cracker will be)Grab a smallish container as a cutter.

  3. Cut and prick woth a fork after putting onto a baking tray with paper. Bake at 180o for 15-20 or golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack then store in an airtight container. (If they last that long)

    Fab recipe - but I am lazy - rolled my dough into 2 logs.Wrapped each in gladwrap.  Put in fridge for an hour. Cut 20 cent coin sized slices and laid onto baking paper to cook. Too easy!

    i had half the batch brown too much after 15 mins at 180 deg fan forced. The next batch I did for 12 mins and they were great.  I will definitely make again with various cheeses. I just need to watch them closely

    Nice flavour and got compliments. Even though I rolled it out super thin the crackers rose quite a bit. I thought they'd be crisper but they were a little soft and flaky. Any suggestions on what I did wrong? I followed the recipe exactly.
