Recipe's preparation

    Best pizza dough
  1. 1. Place 320g of lukewarm water into bowl

    2. Add 2 tsp of dried yeast

    3. Turn speed on 2 /20 secs

    4. Add 500g of lighthouse plain flour

    5. Add 2 tsp salt

    6. Add 20g olive oil

    7. Mix all ingredients together speed 6/6secs

    8. Press dough mode for 2 mins

    9. Transfer dough into thermomat or in a greased bowl for 1 hour

    use when needed


If dough is too sticky just add a sprinkle more of the flour & put speed on 10 to flick of the blades

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
