  • 500 g self-raising flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C conventional oven.
    Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    1. Add the SR flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and tasty cheese to the bowl and blend 20secs/sp4.

    2. Add the eggs, cream and milk and blend on sp4, until just combined. Add extra milk if needed to combine.

    3. Tip onto a floured bench and combine lightly by hand before rolling out to 2cm.

    4. Place slightly touching scones onto the paper lined tray. Brush tops lightly with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    5. Bake for around 20mins, until golden and cooked.
