Ingredients

BLISS BALLS

  • 120 grams Cashew Nuts -
  • 15 grams Cocao powder
  • 40 grams honey
  • 40 grams Dates pitted
  • 5 grams coconut oil
  • 10 grams Chia Seeds.
  • 1 level teaspoon Vanilla Essence or Paste
  • 20 grams Goji Berries dried, Or can use ..Dried Bluberries . Cranberries

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Bliss Balls .. Paleo
  1. Add all Ingredents in to the bowl 

    Using the Turbo 6 times  6 seconds  or until you have the desired consistency you like 

     Roll into Bite six balls  you should get about 12  and then roll in coconut  and pop in the fridge 

     

    IF you dont have Gogi Berries  you can add Dried Blueberries or Cranberries or skip this step

    Love these! You can always find them in my fridge! I add a couple of drops of peppermint oil to them. Oops! Just realised I already raved about these a couple of years ago! I'm still making them though.

    These were some of the best balls I have made. I roasted the cashews in the oven, used rice malt syrup instead of the honey, and omitted the coconut oil. So, so good.

    Great for afternoon snack for the little ones. Very yummy. We didn't have any dried fruit but turned out fine. I had trouble getting them into balls so squished them into chocolate moulds.
