    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate both amounts of cheese 15s sp6
    Turn oven on to 220 Deg

    Topping
    Melt butter 1min 85 deg sp1, add 70g grated cheese, mustard and egg mix 5sec sp3 and set aside
  2. No need to wash Closed lid put flour, BP, butter and mix 5 sec sp 6 until looks like bread crumbs add grated cheese and mix 2 sec sp 6.
    Put in Dough mode mode set for 40-50 sec poor milk through MC hole until forms into stiff dough.
    Turn out on to a lightly floured oven Thermomat gentley press out into a square.
    Add topping mixture and spreadout to edges cearfully, cut into your desired size and slightly move apart .

    Bake 220 deg for 12-15 mins and golden brown
