  • 70 g chia seeds
  • 30 g Pepita Seeds
  • 180 g Peanut Butter, Smooth
  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 80 g honey
  • 180 g Cashews, nuts, dates, dried fruit, Suggestions offered, please add flavours of choice
  • 1 portions large banana

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the pepita and chia seeds to the bowl, speed 8, 3 seconds.
  2. Add all dry ingredients combine 3 seconds spd 7 (prolong/repeat if prefed or necessary)
  3. Add banana, honey and peanut butter combine Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 5, 20 seconds (you may need to use the Thermomix spatula to assist via the lid)
  4. Remove from the mixing bowl into a MIX SHOP Lamington pan, spread evenly and press firmly into the tin.
  5. Refridgerate until firm 2-4 hours then remove from the lamington pan and cut into prefered sized pieces.

Tip

You can mill the ingredients in step 1 and 2 more fine if you prefer, its up to your personal prefernce if you would like a chunchy or smoother protein bar.
