- 380 g water
- 2 level teaspoons dry yeast
- 600 g Baker's Flour
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 2 level teaspoons raw sugar
- 20 g olive oil
- 150 g cheese, Grated
- to taste Vegemite®

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add water and yeast. 37 degrees 2 mins speed "Gentle stir setting"
Add flour, sugar, salt and oil. Dough mode 5mins.
Place in and oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Prove in a warm place until dough has tripled in size. Approx. 1 hour.
Once tripled in size roll onto a thermo mat into a large rectangle share. Spread Vegemite to taste and cover with grated cheese. Roll onto a long log and slice into 16 pieces.
Place onto a lined oven tray and brush with egg. Place in a cold oven set to 220 degrees for 25mins or until golden and cooked through.
