  • 3 apples, Cored and Peeled (optiona)
  • 1 banana, Cut into thirds
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams olive oil
  • 60 grams Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 90 grams brown sugar
  • 260 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon bicarb soda

  • 45 grams Prefect sweet, Sugar substitute
  • 260 grams Gluten free self raising flour, Flour substitute
  • 60 grams Rice malt syrup, Honey substitue

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease muffin tray

  2. 2- Add apples to bowl chop 3 seconds speed 6

  3. 3- Add banana, mix 3 seconds speed 4

  4. 4- Add eggs, oil, rice malt syrup, vanilla and Prefect sweet. Mix 10 seconds speed 3

  5. 5- Add Gluten free flour, bicarb and cinnamon. Mix 10 seconds speed 4. Scrape sides of bowl. Mix 5 seconds speed 4

  6. 6- Spoon into prepared muffin trays and bake for 20-25 mins
