  • 400g Gluten Free seeds or grains, Any combo of, linseed, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia, seeds, poppy seeds, buckwheat, amaranth, millet etc.
  • 1ts Bi Carb Soda
  • 1/2 ts cream of tartar
  • 40g coconut oil or soft butter
  • 100g water
  • 5 eggs

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten Free Focaccia
  1. Place your chosen grains & seeds into the TM bowl & mill for 20 secs on speed 10. Add all reaming ingredients & mix for 5 secs speed 5, you may need to scrape down the bowl & mix for 3 more secs on speed 5. Pour mixture into a lined square cake tin & bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins. If you want it a bit fancier top with chopped herbs & garlic before placing in the oven.

    Actually these are naturally gluten free. The only time you have an issue is if they are milled on machinery that has milled gluten containing products. TJ
