      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Quick & easy, can be dressed up or done as is. Good lunchbox staple. It's even nice cold.

This is on rotation! Such a quick versatile recipe. Add anything to it!
Tonight I added fresh baby spinach and feta cubes, but only had 100g bacon and 100g cheese! My DD14 already has leftovers packed for the lunchbox. Thanks for a great adaptable recipe

It tasted like I was eating cheese and self self raising flour. I didn't put in anywhere near 300g bacon. I won't be trying this again sorry

Was quite tasty but better made in metal muffin trays. It should be tasty with all that bacon and cheese. I didn't like the consistency of the large one I made in a ceramic dish.

300grams of bacon is a lot, there isn’t 300g in the one in the picture, which is actually taken from the Taste recipe which has 125g of ham
