      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation


    1. Add the eggs, flour, salt, and milk to jug and mix 10 sec/ speed 5. Repeat twice.


    2. Put jug in the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes before you use it.

    3. Turn your oven up to the highest setting, and place a 12 cup muffin tray in the oven to heat up for 5 minutes.

    4. Place 1 tb of oil in each muffin hole, and put the tray back into the oven and heat until oil is very hot.

    5. Open oven door, slide the tray half out, and carefully pour the batter into the muffin holes.

    6. Close the door and cook for 15 minutes without opening the oven door.

    7. Serve immediately.
