Recipe's preparation
- Measure milk, butter, pastry mix into bowl.
- Add eggs to bowl and mix 20 seconds speed 4 MC on.
- Pour mixture into prepared greased pan. You can use a quiche pan or lamington pan.
- Sprinkle all remaining ingredients into mix, add cheese last.
- Gently mix with spatula.
- Place in 180c preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes.
- Remove once golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
- Serve warm or cold. Great with a green salad. Enjoy for lunch, a light dinner or kids lunchbox.

Tip
I also cook this in two small pans for 35 mins.
Leave bacon out for a vegetarian option.
